Industrial folding doors are the most classical and the best solution for different types of buildings and spaces, guaranteeing safety and extreme thermal-acoustic insulation.
The Even version or the Frame version with visible frame and different types of infill materials can be customised with RAL colours and special finishes, such as faux wood, corten steel, or in special cases they can be completely in stainless steel. The latter is particularly suitable for the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry.
Available with internal or external manual or electric opening without floor track.
For the pedestrian passage the industrial folding door is equipped with a door with panic bar.

Variants
EVEN INDUSTRIAL FOLDING DOORS
Even industrial folding doors with CE marking and without floor track are the most chosen type of industrial doors for their quality, adaptability and performance.Doors consist of 50mm thick insulated smooth panels in polyurethane foam and clad in double pre-painted steel sheet (gauge 7/10), available in various colours and finishes.The panels of the doors do not have visible frame and are characterised by EPDM anti-ageing rubber gaskets and nylon brushes, in order to guarantee excellent thermal-acoustic performances and resistance to weather conditions.The motion is smooth and silent thanks to the cantilever carriages. Safety requirements are met by lock devices with top/ bottom rod.

FRAME INDUSTRIAL FOLDING DOORS
Frame industrial folding doors with CE marking and without floor track are characterised by a supporting structure and visible frame. Available in RAL colours or customized finishes with infill panels or window panels.Each open section can be filled with infill panels or window panels, such as pre-painted smooth or micro corrugated insulated panels, acoustic rockwool wall panels, laminated safety glass and double glazing. The gaskets between wings consist in EPDM anti-aging rubber, whereas the upper and lower gaskets are made of nylon brushes. Lock devices of the leaves enable a smooth and silent motion.

INSULATED SWING DOORS
Insulated swing doors with CE marking are produced with the same type of panels used for industrial folding and side folding doors.Single or double leaf swing doors in both version Even and Frame are usually installed both on the perimeter façade of the building and inside.For the pedestrian passage doors are equipped with a panic bar and are completed with all the necessary devices for the electric button and badge opening system.

STAINLESS INDUSTRIAL DOORS
Stainless industrial doors with CE marking are particularly suitable for the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry, as well as sea areas and areas where chemicals and chloride are present. Stainless industrial doors are made of the Even structural panels clad on both sides with stainless steel sheet AISI 304 scotch-brite™. Both the structure and the accessories are made of stainless steel AISI 304. The gaskets between the wings consist in EPDM anti-aging rubber, whereas the upper and lower sealings in nylon brushes ensure perfect closure.Stainless doors, with one or two swing doors, used for pedestrian passages on the perimetral façade of the building are made with panels as for industrial doors.
